The rental price is due in advance for the entire period of booking. If canceled up to 8 days before arrival, it will be fully refunded. If canceled within 7-1 day before arrival, 10% of the total price will be refunded.

Deposit: €200.00 reserved on the credit card upon arrival.

Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Smoking areas are available outdoors.

Good to know:
Registration with the local registration office must be done within 2 weeks of moving in if:
- The accommodated person is not registered for a residence within the country, and their stay in the hotel exceeds three months (registration deadline: two weeks);
or
- The accommodated person is registered for another residence within the country and will be accommodated in the hotel for more than six months.

Slightly smaller than our two vacation apartments, our vacation studio features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private entrance, connected by a shared living kitchen. Fully equipped with modern Siemens appliances and a small laundry room with a washer-dryer.

Located in close proximity to 2 supermarkets for your daily necessities. Additional cleaning fee: €50. Bed linens and towels are provided. Extra bed linens and towels are available upon request for an additional fee.
