Our holiday apartment offers:

• a 75 m2 large unit on the upper floor for up to 4 people
• 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ceiling fan, and its own 80cm flat-screen TV
• Living room with air conditioning, 110cm plasma TV, stereo system, and DVD player
• Dining area in the living room with Nespresso capsule machine (3 capsules included)
• Modern furnished country-style kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, and washer-dryer (Siemens kitchen appliances)
• Bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer, heater, and radio
• Soap and shower gel dispenser in the bathroom
• Hairdryer
• Cosmetic mirror
• Kitchen equipment such as pans, pots, dishes, cutlery, salt, sugar, pepper
• Microwave, toaster, and coffee machine

Maximum occupancy: 4 people

One-time final cleaning fee: €50.00

Optionally available for an additional charge:

• Intermediate cleaning with linen change: €25.00
• Towel change in between: €4.00 per set (bath towel and hand towel)
• Additional bed linen: €8.00 per set

The rental price is due in advance for the entire period of booking. If canceled up to 8 days before arrival, it will be fully refunded. If canceled within 7-1 day before arrival, 10% of the total price will be refunded.

Deposit: €200.00 reserved on the credit card upon arrival.

Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Smoking areas are available outdoors.

Good to know:
Registration with the local registration office must be done within 2 weeks of moving in if:
- The accommodated person is not registered for a residence within the country, and their stay in the hotel exceeds three months (registration deadline: two weeks);
or
- The accommodated person is registered for another residence within the country and will be accommodated in the hotel for more than six months.
